Camping at Yarrie Lake

Yarrie Lake is the perfect spot to relax and recharge whether you're in a tent, caravan, motorhome or just doing a day trip.

Each camp site has ample room for vehicles and has access to non potable water and a fire ring. Most sites have a shelter with  table and seating and are surrounded by trees which offer some privacy between camp sites. We have powered and non powered sites available on a first come first served basis.

There are toilets, showers and a small laundry available at the main entrance near the caretakers building and there are also toilets and showers (cold water) located on the opposite side of the lake.

Yarrie Lake can be very busy in summer with motorboats, and while swimming is permitted around the entire lake, we also have a designated swimming area located at the main entrance near the boat ramp. This is a perfect spot for  safe swimming, particularly for smaller children.

Yarrie Lake can be accessed from Narrabri and Wee Waa. For further directions visit our map.
